ಇಸ್ಲಾಮಾಬಾದ್(ಡಿ.25): ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗಷ್ಟೇ ರಿಲಯನ್ಸ್ ಇಂಡಸ್ಟ್ರಿ ಅಧಿಪತಿ ಮುಕೇಶ್ ಅಂಬಾನಿ, ಸುಮಾರು 700 ಕೋಟಿ(ತಮ್ಮ ಒಟ್ಟು ಆದಾಯದ ಶೇ.1ರಷ್ಟು ಮಾತ್ರ) ರೂ. ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಗಳ ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಸುದ್ದಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು.
ಅದರಂತೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಮದುವೆಗಳಾಗುತ್ತವೆ. ಮದುವೆಗೆ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶೇಷ ಮಹತ್ವವಿದೆ. ಇದೇ ಕಾರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮದುವೆಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಬಜೆಟ್ ಮೀರಿ ಹಣ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡುವುದು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ.
ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಮಧ್ಯಮ ವರ್ಗದ ಜನ ತಮ್ಮ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಮದುವೆಗೆಂದೇ ಜೀವಮಾನವವೆಲ್ಲಾ ದುಡಿದು ಕೂಡಿಟ್ಟ ಹಣವನ್ನು ನೀರಿನಿಂತೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಆದರೆ ಪಕ್ಕದ ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲೋರ್ವ ಆಸಾಮಿ ತನ್ನ ಮದುವೆಗೆ ಕೇವಲ 20 ಸಾವಿರ (ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕರೆನ್ಸಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 10 ಸಾವಿರ)ರೂ. ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೇ ಹೇಗೆ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಬಜೆಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಮದುವೆಯಾಯ್ತು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಆತ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
Guys shaadi season hai so here's my wedding story in a thread so you guys know that having apni marzi ki shaadi is possible.
My guest list had 25 names: friends and parents. The venue was my terrace. The menu was chicken tikka, seekh kabab, pathooray chanay halwa strawberries.
ಪಾಕಿಸ್ತಾನದ ರಿಜ್ವಾನ್ ಪೆಹಲ್ವಾನ್ ಎಂಬಾತ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗಷ್ಟೇ ದಾಂಪತ್ಯ ಜೀವನಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾಲಿರಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅದೂ ಕೇವಲ 20 ಸಾವಿರ ರೂ. ನಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಜ್ವಾನ್ ತನ್ನ ಮದುವೆ ಮುಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾನೆ.
I set my max budget at Rs. 20,000. A friend lent his cooks, I bought the chicken and masalay from that money and helped prepare it all. Wife cooked khattay alu as a starter. Dad bought fairy lights n put them up on the terrace.

I borrowed 25 chairs from the neighborhood election committee lmao. I forgot dessert so brought strawberries n ice cream. He also brought tables for the food. and FLEW IN FOR THIS.

This is lovely! I think all weddings should be like this. Weddings are important rites of passage and you should only be surrounded by love and honesty when it’s happening. The simpler the event the better and more loving.
