ಗೋವಾ ಸಿಎಂ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಪರಿಕ್ಕರ್ ಇನ್ನಿಲ್ಲ|ಹಲವು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್‌ನಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಗೋವಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮನೋಹರ್
ಪಣಜಿ, [ಮಾ.17]: ಗೋವಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಪರಿಕ್ಕರ್ (63) ಅವರು ವಿಧಿವಶರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಹಲವು ದಿನಗಳಿಂದ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್‌ನಿಂದ ಬಳಲುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಗೋವಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಅವರು ಇಂದು [ಭಾನುವಾರ] ಪಣಜಿ ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊನೆಯುಸಿರೆಳೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಡಿಸೆಂಬರ್ 13ನೇ, 1955ರಲ್ಲಿ, ಗೋವಾದ ಮಾಪುಸದಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಪರಿಕರ್ ಜನಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಮಾರ್ಗೋವಾದ ಲಯೋಲಾ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮರಾಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾಭ್ಯಾಸ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಂತರ 1978ರಲ್ಲಿ ಐಐಟಿ ಬಾಂಬೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೆಟಲರ್ಜಿಕಲ್ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪದವಿ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮನೋಹರ್ ಪರಿಕ್ಕರ್ ನಿಧನಕ್ಕೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ರಾಮನಾಥ್ ಕೋವಿಂದ್ , ಎಐಸಿಸಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಗಾಂಧಿ, ರಾಜ್ಯಸಭಾ ಸದಸ್ಯ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ಗಣ್ಯರು ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂತಾಪ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
'ಗೋವಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾರತದ ನಿಜವಾದ ಮಗ ಮನೋಹರ್ ಪರಿಕ್ಕರ್. ಅವರನ್ನು ಕಳೆದು ಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು ಅತೀವ ದುಃಖವನ್ನು ತಂದಿದೆ .ಅವರು ಸೈನಿಕರನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಹಾಗೂ ಗೌರವಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾವು ಇಂದು ಕಳೆದು ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇವೆ' ಎಂದು ಸಂಸದ ರಾಜೀವ್ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ್ ಟ್ವೀಟ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಂತಾಪ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
