ಮುಂಬೈ(ಸೆ.30): ವೆಸ್ಟ್ಇಂಡೀಸ್ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಸರಣಿಗೆ ಟೀಂ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಹಲವು ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. ಕನ್ನಡಿಗ ಮಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್‌ಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಿರೋದು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಸಂತಸವನ್ನ ಇಮ್ಮಡಿಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊರ್ವ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗನಿಗೆ ಕೊಕ್ ನೀಡಿರೋದು ಬೇಸರ ತರಿಸಿದೆ.
ಟೀಂ ಇಂಡಿಯಾ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ತಂಡದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಎಲ್ ರಾಹುಲ್ ಖಾಯಂ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ರಾಹುಲ್ ಜೊತೆ ಕಳೆದ ಇಂಗ್ಲೆಂಡ್ ಸರಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗ ಕರುಣ್ ನಾಯರ್ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ 5 ಪಂದ್ಯಗಳ ಟೆಸ್ಟ್ ಸರಣಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರುಣ್‌ಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದೀಗ ವೆಸ್ಟ್ಇಂಡೀಸ್ ಸರಣಿಗೆ ಕರುಣ್‌ಗೆ ಕೊಕ್ ನೀಡಿ, ಮಯಾಂಕ್ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್‌ಗೆ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

They should have retained him instead of picking 2 new openers. Pujara can open with Rahul if needed anyway.
I don't understand the logic behind dropping Karun Nair and keeping Shardul Thakur in. Both of them are there in the squad for England series and not played in single test match. One dropped and one kept his place. Wahhh selectors🤐🤐🙏🙏🙏

Maybe selectors don't want Karun Nair to play more Tests than any of the selectors. MSK Prasad has played the most, 6 Tests, and Nair is already there.
