ಪ್ರತೀ ವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷವೂ ಕೂಡ ಜನವರಿ 15ರ ದಿನ ಸೇನಾ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ನವದೆಹಲಿ (ಜ.15): ಪ್ರತೀ ವರ್ಷದಂತೆ ಈ ವರ್ಷವೂ ಕೂಡ ಜನವರಿ 15ರ ದಿನ ಸೇನಾ ದಿನವನ್ನು ಆಚರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇಂದು 70 ನೇ ಸೇನಾ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. 1949ರಿಂದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಸೇನಾ ಪಡೆಯ ಫೀಲ್ಡ್ ಮಾರ್ಷಲ್ ಕೆ. ಕಾರಿಯಪ್ಪ ಅವರು ಸೇನಾ ಪಡೆಯ ಕಮಾಂಡರ್ ಇನ್ ಚೀಫ್ ಆಗಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ವಹಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಂದಿನಿಂದ ಸೇನಾ ದಿನ ಆಚರಣೆ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಇಂದಿನ ಸೇನಾ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯ ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಹಾಗೂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ರಾಮನಾಥ್ ಕೋವಿಂದ್ ಸೇರಿಂದತೆ ಅನೇಕರು ಶುಭ ಕೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರತೀ ನಾಗರಿಕನೂ ಕೂಡ ನಮ್ಮ ಸೇನೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಮ್ಮೆ ಪಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಟ್ವೀಟ್’ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
