Payments/ Refunds/Cancellations policy

Participants

  1. The entry fee for participation in the Karnataka Enterprise Awards (KEA) is INR 50,000 plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) per entry in each category.
  2. The early bird entry participation in the Karnataka Enterprise Awards (KEA) is INR 30,000 plus applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) per entry in each category.
  3. If a participating entity decides to withdraw its entry, only 50% of the entry fee will be refunded, and this refund will be processed within 30 days of the withdrawal. The refund will be facilitated through either a bank cheque or bank transfer.
  4. Disputes related to any issues arising from the withdrawal or participation in KEA should be directed to support@keawards.in
  5. In the event of the cancellation of KEA for reasons other than force majeure, the organisers will publicly announce the next possible date for KEA and communicate it formally to the participants.

Delegates :

  1. Entry passes to attend and witness KEA are priced at INR 1800 plus GST.
  2. Cancellation of entry passes by attendees is non-refundable.
  3. Disputes related to any issues arising from attendance should be directed to support@keawards.in
  4. In the event of KEA cancellation for reasons other than force majeure, the organisers will publicly announce the next possible date for KEA.

Cancellation by Participant :

  • Notice Period: Participants wishing to cancel their award submission must notify us within 10 days of their original submission date.
  • Eligibility for Refund: Only cancellations made within the specified notice period will be considered for a full or partial refund.
  • Processing Fees: Please be aware that all cancellations may be subject to a processing fee to cover the costs associated with the submission and cancellation process.

Cancellation by KEA :

  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Asianxt Digital Technology Private Limited cancels an awards event, participants will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued to all registered participants without any processing fees.
  • Alteration of Event: Should there be significant changes to the event (e.g., change of date or format), participants will have the option to maintain their submission under the new conditions or request a full refund.

Refund Process :

  • Request Submission: To request a refund, participants must submit a written request along with their submission details and reason for the refund to support@keawards.in
  • Review Period: Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. We reserve the right to approve or deny requests based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 60 business days.

Non-refundable Fees :

Certain fees, such as application processing fees are non-refundable. Participants are encouraged to review their submission details carefully before finalizing their application.

Modifications to the Policy :

Asianxt Digital Technology Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify this Refunds and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Continued participation in our awards following any policy changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
