1. What are the Karnataka Enterprise Awards?

The Karnataka Enterprise Awards is a prestigious initiative by Asianxt Digital Technologies Private Limited to honor the outstanding achievements of businesses, entrepreneurs, and organizations contributing to Karnataka's growth story.

2. Who can participate in the awards?

Indian Start-ups/MSMEs and Large enterprises with a valid MSME, DPIIT, or GST/Incorporation certificate, headquartered or operating in Karnataka region at least two years of incorporation as of March 31, 2024, and an annual turnover of less than INR 250 crore for MSME’s and more than INR 250 Crore for Large enterprises in the last two financial years (2022-23, 2023-24) are eligible to participate. 3. How can I apply for the awards?

To apply, visit https://kannada.asianetnews.com/karnataka-enterprise-awards-2025 fill out the online application form, and submit the required documents.

4. What are the award categories?

The awards include categories such as Excellence in Information Technology & Software Services, Excellence in Fintech & Banking, Excellence in Biotechnology & Pharma, Excellence in Green Energy & Sustainability, Excellence in Real Estate, Infrastructure, and PropTech, Digital Innovation Excellence in AI & Robotics and more.

5. Is there a participation fee for the awards?

Yes, participants have to pay an entry fee for each application

1. Early Bird offer – INR 30,000 (Till February 28, 2025).2. Post Early Bird offer – INR 50,000 (after February 28, 2025).

6. What is the application deadline?

The application deadline is *15th March 2025*. Ensure that all submissions are complete and uploaded by this date.

7. Who will review my application?

Your application will be reviewed by our process advisors, *Ernst & Young (EY)*. Shortlisted entries will then be evaluated by a pre-jury panel and, if selected, forwarded to the grand jury.

8. What happens after my nomination is accepted?

Once accepted, your nomination will be reviewed by the pre-jury. If it progresses further, it will be presented to the grand jury. Details of the grand jury evaluation will be shared later.

9. What if my nomination is rejected?

If your nomination is not shortlisted, you will be notified via email.

10. Can I apply for multiple categories?

Yes, participants can apply for Participating organisation can select ‘any 1’ category out of the three segments each to apply for the awards.

It means each company can select maximum three categories, provided they meet the eligibility criteria for each category.

11. What documents are required for submission?

You must submit your MSME certificate/DPIIT (Start-ups), GST registration/Incorporation Document audited financials for the last two years, and other supporting documents in formats like PDF, DOC, or JPEG (maximum size 2 MB per document).

12. How will winners be announced?

The winners will be announced during the grand awards ceremony. Details of the ceremony will be shared with shortlisted participants closer to the date.
